One Cloth One Soul

At CAI, we believe that everyone deserves to stay warm and comfortable, especially during the harsh winter months. Our Blanket Distribution Program is dedicated to providing warmth to those in need. ONE CLOTH ONE SOUL initiative, in which team CAI distributes clothes and blankets to the not-so-privileged sections of society. This drive takes place every year from 25th December to 5th January. While this program started in 2007 with the inception of CAI, the initiative was also started, but then CAI used to distribute old clothes after getting them washed and packed. But soon we realised that during winters, normal clothes are not of much purpose to those in need, therefore CAI, as a strategy, started distributing blankets to the roadside needy people. Team CAI runs this massive blanket distribution program from 10 PM to 1 AM each year during winter.

CAI does partnerships and collaborations with local organisations to reach the most vulnerable populations. CAI gathers blankets through donations from individuals, businesses, and community organisations.
