Background

How We Started

Caring Association commonly known as CAI and formerly known as Child Association India is an NGO registered in 2007 under the Societies Act 1860. CAI is headquartered in Lucknow, the Capital of Uttar Pradesh. The Organisation's foundation was built in 2007 by then-school-going High School students who planned to drive Positive Change in India. In recent years, CAI has expanded its domains in the service for Empowering Women, Youth Affairs, and efficient involvement and initiatives in climate change.

CAI has executed and is still in action through multiple revolutionary and renowned initiatives like Suraksha, Mini Suraksha, One Cloth One Soul, Covid Annapurna Seva, Saahil Aarogya Bharat, Traffic Safety Awareness, SHE, Water Drive etc.
CAI tries to enhance the capabilities of the poor and marginalized communities through a number of strategic interventions, mainly in the domains of Youth Affairs & development-based livelihood promotions, local self-governance, health, and hygiene.

The members of the Team are working professionals some in MNCs, some in the Government Sector, and some in business. From their ways they are working for the nation by providing continuous everlasting growth to CAI.
